It wasn't the best of years or the worst of years for me, on a personal level. Workwise, it was better-ish. Family wise, it was good. Didn't lose anyone and kidlet is healthy and beautiful.

Fan wise, it was a great year to be a David Cook fan. Best fandom I've been in, in all my fandomy years. Angst galore, but not as malicious as other fandoms. And David Cook always brings something good.

Thanks to ROO for bringing David Cook into my life. I hope you have a fantastic year!

He was beautiful and sounded amazing and just kicked butt! I like Carrie and I adore her friendship with David and I'm ever so grateful she had him on the show but MAN it was LAME! Yikes Carrie was beautiful but some of her vocal's were not of the good and she was cute in the lamo scripts, but methinks she needs to stick to singing and leave the acting and dancing to others.

Now, someone give DAVID COOK a variety show. He sings, dances and can act!

I lurve me some David Cook. Like isn't meaningful enough. He's an amazing singer, and amazing person. What's not to like/love.

Since I don't know him I don't call him anything to his face. Heh. But when speaking about him on boards and with friends who love him too, I calls him David or Dave.

3. Which color do you associate with this person?
Green. A mix of greens really. Because of his eyes and because of his Irishness and because he looks great in green.

4. What do you like best about his/her look?
That he never looks the same. From his everchanging looks/transformation on Idol to his continuing changes post Idol. And so far, other than faux mohawk hair, I've pretty much like/loved all his looks.

Thank you - For giving me music again. For helping me become a better person by example. For the alpha waves of your amazing voice that soothes me when troubled. For simply being you.

Why no posts since last night? Did something happen?

Another year of AI. Yep. Don't care beyond catching DC tidbits. So far the DC pimping has been AWESOME!

I'm so happy for him and feeling like a proud parent. He's come so far so fast. Platinum Magic Rainbow, Gold for Light On, gold - soon to be platinum -for the RECORD/album.

Fantastic appearances everywhere he's appeared. Imagine singing a song for Hilary Clinton at Carnegie Hall? Woot. He was beyond awesome at SNL! Seriously, just awesome whereever he goes. The dude can SING!

Thank you, Roo ::Hugz Roo:: For being persistant in your quest to get me to watch David Cook. I can't thank you enough. There is a bit of drama here and there in Cook fandom, but nothing like what I suffered through with SGA.
